Tina Turner Tribute artist pays tribute to

the legendary diva Tina Turner in her

awesome show "ALL HAIL THE QUEEN!".

She has been singing and dancing as a

Tina Turner tribute artist for years, with

performances all over the world, including

benefit shows for AIDS Vancouver, Third

World Eye Care, United Way, Loving Spoonful

to name a few.

In Aug. 14-17, 2003, her powerful Tina Turner

lookalike and soundalike impersonation won

her World Rock and Roll Tribute Artist

Championship in Fort Erie, Ontario, sanctioned

by the National Association of Performing

Tribute Artist. She competed with the best

tribute artists from the U.S., Canada and England.

As a child growing up, she aspired to become

an actress. She made several unexpected

visits to a local film studio, only to be turned

away by security each time.

At 17, she actually got her chance to show

her singing and acting skills when she landed

the role as Mary Magdalene in the popular

musical Jesus Christ Superstar.

Her career in showbusiness was put on

hold when she decided to further her studies.

She earned a degree in Bachelor of Arts major

in Advertising and Broadcasting with flying

colors, surprising all her professors from the

strict Catholic university, as she was a known

rebel student who preferred denim jeans over

the school uniform.

Instead of being a successful marketing director,

newscaster and public relations manager, she

pursued her singing career which paved the

way to a series of performances all over the

world, including Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong,

Singapore, Thailand, Middle East, Canada and

the U.S. as a lead vocalist for touring bands.

She eventually got together with her two female

siblings to form Hall of Fame band, a top 40

showband that toured North America. The

release of the band's debut single, a remake

of Sweeney Todd's "Roxy Roller" featuring

her followed. The next single was "IRIE" which

was included in Z95.3 Vancouver's Hottest New Music CD.

In 1995 while performing in Dubai, a fan from

the audience suggested to Luisa that she should

wear a Tina Turner wig while singing

"Proud Mary." Always willing to try something

new, she went out on her own in the hot summer

desert to find that wig. The uncanny resemblance

coupled with her strong vocals was a big hit.

Thus, her career as a Tina Turner tribute artist was born!

Aas a celebrity impersonator she has always

looked up to Tina Turner's life and career for

inspiration. In doing her tribute to the Queen

of Rock and Roll, she pays her greatest respect

to the beautiful legend herself, Tina Turner,

through her heartwarming rendition of

Proud Mary, The Best, What's Love Got To

Do With It, Help and other favorite

Tina Turner hits.

Tina Turner who is still.... simply the best!
